Heat the ghee and add (1tsp ) of the cumin seeds and asafoetida (1tsp ).
add (1tsp ) ginger and saute , then add the 2 chopped tomatoes.
Add the (2 tsps ) garam masala, coriander powder, salt, turmeric and chilli powder (1tsp ).
Stir and then add the potatoes and the green chillies.
Turn around over high heat, till they look slightly fried.
Add about 2 cups of water and bring the mixture to a boil.
Reduce flame ,add 1 cup of yoghurt till smooth and add to the potatoes.
Serve hot
